April A to Z Blogging Challenge Day 22...Today's Blog Brought to You by the Letter "V"

Spring Poem by Robin Lynn Davidson

A small breeze
tickles the blossoms
on the trees awakening from winter's slumber.
Zealous gusts send showers of petals
circling, spiraling, riding the current
hesitating, then drifting to the carpet of green
a spring snowstorm
listen to the birdsong
lilting melody filling the air as they fly
expeditions for
nesting supplies
glistening dew on tulips
enjoying the warm sunlight
